How we work. Three phases, named after our tagline.
Build
We ship a first paid version: the core workflow, sign-up and billing in USD.
Grow
We add what customers ask for, measure usage, and tune onboarding and pricing.
Beyond
We scale the platform: more customers, integrations, regions and currencies.
Build. Grow. Beyond.
We design, build and run SaaS products for companies that sell software by subscription, from the first paying customer to the thousandth.
What we do: We build SaaS products for companies that sell software by subscription. Shipped in phases and run with you after launch.
SaaS product builds
From idea to a first paid release: the web app, sign-up, admin and the workflow your customers pay for.
Subscription billing
Plans, trials, invoices and usage billing in US dollars first, with other currencies when you need them.
Multi-tenant platforms
Accounts, roles, single sign-on and each customer’s data kept apart, so you can sell to whole teams.
Scaling and support
Monitoring, performance and new features once real users arrive, run with you after launch.
How we keep it simple.
Phase by phase
We ship in three phases, Build, Grow and Beyond, so you have a working product early and decide what comes next from real use.
Billing from day one
Plans, trials and invoices in US dollars belong to the first release, not to a later rewrite.
Plain rules, plain words
Scope, timeline and budget conflicts are laid out in writing before work starts. Our planner runs on plain rules, not a model.
We stay after launch
Monitoring, performance and new features are run with you once customers arrive.
Scope your project
Answer four questions and see how many phases it needs, whether time and budget fit, and anything that conflicts. Not on the list? Choose Other and type your own.
Plain rules, not an AI model. Nothing leaves this page unless you email it.
Suggested — generated from your inputs
Pick a step in any row. The suggestion appears here, with the inputs behind each line.
How it works: the actual rules
Scope sets the number of phases. Prototype or one feature: one. MVP: two. Full product, rebuild or platform: three, following Build → Grow → Beyond. A scope in your own words is sized with you.
Uses: Scope
Timeline is compared with scope, level for level. Two or more levels short is a conflict. One level short means the first phase has to be small. "Flexible" and your own wording are not compared.
Uses: Scope + Timeline
Budget band is compared with scope the same way. Two or more levels short is a conflict. One level short means starting with the first phase only. A retainer, "Not sure yet" and your own figure are not compared.
Uses: Scope + Budget band
Market doesn't change the suggestion. It is passed on to us with the rest.
Uses: Market
Confidence counts the inputs you set: one is rough, two or three is reasonable, all four is solid.
Uses: how many inputs are set
Every scope, timeline and budget option sits on the same four-level scale, shown as pixel squares, and the rules compare those levels. Options without squares, and anything you type under Other, are passed on to us as written instead of being compared.
Questions, answered.
What does LIMAKTECH do?
LIMAKTECH designs, builds and runs SaaS products. We build the web app, the subscription billing, the multi-tenant platform behind it, and then scale and support it after launch.
Who do you work with?
Companies that sell software by subscription, or plan to, and want a technology partner to build it for them. We work with clients around the world.
How does a project run?
In three phases. Build ships a first paid version with the core workflow, sign-up and billing. Grow adds what customers ask for and tunes onboarding and pricing. Beyond scales the platform to more customers, integrations, regions and currencies.
Can you handle subscription billing and multi-tenant accounts?
Yes. Subscription billing covers plans, trials, invoices and usage billing. Multi-tenant platforms cover accounts, roles and single sign-on, with each customer’s data kept apart.
What currency do you quote in?
US dollars first. Other currencies are available when your customers need them.
Do you support the product after launch?
Yes. Scaling and support covers monitoring, performance and new features once real users arrive, run with you after launch.
What is the scope planner?
A short set of questions on this page that shows how many phases your project needs, whether time and budget fit, and anything that conflicts. It runs on plain rules, not an AI model, and nothing leaves the page unless you email it.
